wow, clear, rich, the snow feels icy, wet. the dof is subtle, perfect. photographers (me) often want to do too much – the bg here for me gives it a timelessness. wonderful tones. (that stuff about timelessness – beats me what I meant, but I stand behind every word!)

Great that I can look so far away in this picture. Gives me a pleasant sense of space. The endless rows of trees are so beautiful depicted with this exciting soft grey tones. I see both space and intimacy in this picture. Had to laugh about the funny snowman. Such a big round body and such a small head. Yeah, I loved to eat snow too when I was his age. Very poetical image, Deborah.
