This looks a lot like Zabriskie Point. Have you seen Antonioni’s film of the same name – it is one of my favourite films. Great picture by the way – those folds are so – serpentine.

Thank you for all the wonderful comments Boz, really appreciate them. Death Valley appears to be that way indeed but is so full of life, coyote, lizards, scorpions and FISH amazingly enough to name a few. Was so lucky to be there in Spring, the flowers were beautiful :)
