Yep its neat as John says its also very classy as always & because the subject are more mature its also got an nostalgic appeal. Its got your stamp all over it Jean.
This is simply lovely! You make me want to be present in that room… to see the air lift the tendills of her hair as she moves and to watch the fabric fold and unfold as he handles her on the floor. Aah. the dance. Aaah..such a wonderrful capture. Good job.
Paso doble is Spanish…. since I was a chid it was danced in all the little towns squares, easy to go…stteping along the ground with resolution, intercrossing couples with a sort of little promenades ended in a gracious turning around..no definite choreography, liberty. It istaken from the music that the band is playinng i the “corridas” where the whole pack of toreros “cuadrillas” once the spectacle is begun, they present themselves to the public, as a modern pack of gladiators, and they “pasean” their gaits with the rythm of “pasodoble”... while they are wrapped from waist to shoulders by the “capote”...or bullfighting caoe…where cunningly and ritualistic is hidden too….their “estoques” the killing swords..(so I think…) And well..sometimes…when the tension of the “faena” relaxes and it isgoing artistically well…the public demands music and the president of the corrida agrees…so giving the sign….the band start playing again as a reward for such a blissfull contemplation of things going on in the arena. Besides that..the picture is grand…it is dancing. And has an scent of….”camp” Rosa (thanks for your kind visits and encouraement)
