Jetty WInch
Part of the Busselton Jetty. this whole area is geared to the tourism industry, with small blue buildings on the jetty as the interpretive centre (and cash collectors) only $2.50 to go on the jetty and there is an underwater viewing area further out. There is also a jetty train which runs almost the mile long distance of the jetty.

Nice photo, before its restoration this winch used to be located further out and local kids would climb it to jump into the ocean.
